The Children’s Research Network (CRN) and the Irish Social Science Data Archive (ISSDA) are co-hosting a workshop on finding and reusing data from ISSDA.
Participants will have the opportunity to work with data from the newly-archived PEI collection Preparing for Life using SPSS (prior knowledge of SPSS is not necessary to attend this workshop).
This one-day workshop will provide information on:
- Finding and accessing data from ISSDA
- Finding the right data for your research
- Key issues in reusing data
- New collections at ISSDA from Prevention and Early Intervention (PEI) Research Initiative
- New research grants from CRN for research with PEI data in ISSDA
Who should attend?
This event will be of particular interest to researchers and students in the social science and health disciplines. The event will also be of interest to those working in the voluntary, state and semi-state sectors with an interest in prevention and early intervention services for children and young people
